JBB makes the difference
The foundation of each project is a careful analysis of your undertaking and of your requirements. Complex bulk material, discharge of conveying problems, a complete integration into an existing plant – our experts know the individual pitfalls and problems, which only can be detected on the spot. Thus the first step will take place through a personal encounter at your place.
These important findings smoothly will be integrated into the design of your equipment. We do not produce "goods from the shelf" which would be placed at your disposal simply putting them on your factory yard, leaving anything else to you, but well thought out equipment of special steel for the perfect and long-lasting functioning of which we will stand with our name.
We will take care
Whether silos welded at works or extensive constructions on the spot – we will plan the logistics and the deadlines, in close cooperation with you, in order to reduce possible interruptions of your production to a minimum.
We also will take care of the static calculations acc. to Eurocode 3 as well as of the TÜV (Certification Company) acceptance of your equipment. Of course the corresponding technical documentation will be prepared by us.
Optimization of existing equipment
Obviously, we will offer you also the modification and extension of existing equipment and tanks. Besides various inspection systems, such as top railings for silos, transitions and bridge systems, nook connections etc., we will carry out optimizations, conversions and repair work.
